We want you to feel confident in your Rat & Boa pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment is free from makeup or fragrance marks to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact and the return form is included inside.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
